Lead Atlassian Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of strategic and complex ESM/ITSM solutions, the full-time Lead Atlassian Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, manage and mentor consulting teams, and drive consulting excellence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery phases and advise clients on ESM/ITSM strategy and transformation roadmaps
• Oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and best practices
• Manage and support consultants, fostering a high-performance culture and contributing to their professional development

Required qualifications

• A Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting and leading complex projects
• Deep expertise in Atlassian tools and Cloud environments
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive strategic discussions
• At least 3 years of experience in team leadership, mentoring, or people management
