Lead Audit Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Providing technical accounting expertise and support across financial and business functions, the contract Lead Audit Compliance Analyst will analyze U.S. GAAP and IFRS guidance, prepare documentation for complex transactions, and ensure compliance with applicable standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory guidance for new products and complex transactions
• Prepare technical accounting memorandums to support accounting positions and provide guidance to senior management
• Monitor emerging accounting and regulatory changes, assessing their impact on compliance and reporting requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 10+ years of relevant experience in accounting policy, auditing, or financial statement preparation
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS
• Experience in financial reporting and accounting research
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
