Lead Automated Test Engineer

Job Summary

Lead Automated Test Engineer, this full-time position involves providing senior technical leadership in automated testing strategies and quality engineering practices for Air Force IT systems in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for mission-critical DoD applications
• Collaborate with software engineers and government customers in an Agile environment to identify performance issues and analyze test results
• Lead the automated test strategy, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and mentoring junior team members

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship Required
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Secret Clearance
• DoD 8140 intermediate certification or DoD 8570 IAM Level II certifications or higher
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
• 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance and automated test development, preferably for the DoD
