Lead Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA processes using the Blue Prism platform
• Analyze existing Blue Prism code and legacy SQL procedures to identify technical debt and improve performance
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to create scalable automation designs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in C#, .NET, Python, or Java, with a focus on RPA
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism (V7) and multi-VM architectures
• Practical experience using AI models like Claude or GPT-4 for technical design and debugging
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC/Agile) methodologies and experience with relational databases
