Lead Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Automation Engineer (Java/Selenium).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test automation delivery using Selenium WebDriver with Java across multiple Agile releases
• Design and evolve scalable automation frameworks and define automation strategy aligned with business goals
• Mentor automation engineers and ensure adherence to Agile processes and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in automation engineering
• Proficiency in Java and Selenium
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, TestNG, and JUnit
• Knowledge of API and backend testing
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, BAs, and DevOps
