Lead Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Lead Automation Engineer, seeking a full-time professional with expertise in Blue Prism, AI, and Python to design, develop, and maintain RPA processes while leveraging advanced technologies for optimizing financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA processes using the Blue Prism platform
• Refactor legacy code and analyze existing Blue Prism "Code Stages" for performance improvements
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate process requirements into scalable automation designs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in C#, .NET, Python, or Java, with a strong background in RPA
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism (V7) and multi-VM architectures
• Practical experience using AI models like Claude or GPT-4 for technical design and documentation
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC/Agile) methodologies
