Lead Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Driving automation initiatives, the full-time Lead Automation Engineer will develop and maintain automated solutions for various processes while collaborating with business units in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as technical lead to a team of Automation Engineers, managing multiple cross-functional IT and business projects
• Analyze business requirements and design optimal workflow-based automated processes to improve efficiency
• Mentor less experienced engineers and ensure adherence to regulatory security standards in all technology practices

Required qualifications:

• Associate degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, with 8 years of relevant experience
• 8+ years of IT experience related to applications development, workflow automation, and business process reengineering
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, security, and authentication processes
• Familiarity with MS Power Automate, MS Power Apps, MS SQL Server, and Azure technologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and interdisciplinary teams
