Lead Automation Test Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of automation testing strategies, the remote Lead Automation Test Engineer will develop scalable test automation solutions, mentor QA team members, and drive continuous improvement in software quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation testing strategies and frameworks
- Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable test automation solutions across applications and platforms
- Collaborate with development, QA, business, and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation
- Proven experience leading automation testing initiatives in enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch
- Experience with automation tools such as Leapwork or comparable automation platforms
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD practices
