Lead Automations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions within ORA, the full-time remote Lead Automations Analyst will design, build, and implement AI workflows that enhance the customer success experience, collaborating closely with Quality Analysts and RevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI solution delivery, translating success problems into actionable designs and deploying them in production
• Design AI workflows across the call lifecycle, including pre-call briefs, in-call guidance, and post-call follow-ups
• Collaborate with RevOps to identify platform capability gaps and integrate new features into solutions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML solution work, technical product, or automation engineering with end-to-end delivery ownership
• Working fluency with LLM behavior, prompt design, and orchestration patterns
• Strong understanding of databases and data flow between systems
• Ability to scope problems, design solutions, and write clear requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
