Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Azure Data Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of data engineers in designing, developing, and implementing data solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies
- Mentor and develop junior data engineers, ensuring quality and compliance of all data solutions
- Estimate work effort for multiple projects, provide guidance on data governance, and lead disaster recovery initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in data warehouse architecture, data modeling, ETL tools, and deploying solutions
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure data engineering products
- Strong understanding of Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Python programming
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and OneLake is a plus
