Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs with a focus on performance and reliability
Lead architectural decisions and optimize database performance and data architecture
Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable software delivery

Required Qualifications

7+ years of professional software development experience
2+ years in a technical leadership or senior engineer role
3+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core
3+ years of experience designing and building RESTful APIs
Experience with SQL and relational databases, preferably SQL Server
