• Lead technical execution across product pods by shaping architecture and providing guidance

Required Qualifications

• Senior or Staff-level backend engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems
• Deep experience in Go or Kotlin, ideally 3+ years
• Strong infrastructure and DevOps experience in AWS or GCP, ideally 4+ years
• Experience running production workloads on Kubernetes, ideally 2+ years
• Product-minded approach with a focus on outcomes and user impact
