Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Benefit Analyst who will manage pharmacy benefit implementations and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects and engage with clients to guide discussions and support implementations
- Analyze benefit requests and implement requirements within the RxCLAIM adjudication system
- Perform quality assurance testing and mentor team members while ensuring adherence to client performance guarantees
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of healthcare experience
- 2+ years of experience with the RxCLAIM adjudication system
- Advanced proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
