Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Benefit Analyst who will manage pharmacy benefit implementations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects and engage with clients to guide discussions and support implementations
  • Analyze benefit requests and implement requirements within the RxCLAIM adjudication system
  • Perform quality assurance testing and mentor team members while ensuring adherence to client performance guarantees
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience
  • 2+ years of experience with the RxCLAIM adjudication system
  • Advanced proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
