Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Benefits Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HRIS/IT oversight for leave and disability, ensuring data integrity and resolving discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage timekeeping adjustments and employee transitions
- Support compliance with state leave programs and manage vendor relationships for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration and vendor management
- Knowledge of state and federal leave requirements and programs
- Experience with HRIS/reporting and automation improvements
- Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment
