Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HRIS/IT oversight for leave and disability, ensuring data integrity and resolving discrepancies

  • Support compliance with state leave programs and manage vendor relationships for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration and vendor management
  • Knowledge of state and federal leave requirements and programs
  • Experience with HRIS/reporting and automation improvements
  • Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment
