Lead Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits and leave programs, the full-time Lead Benefits Analyst will serve as the primary subject matter expert for U.S. benefits, collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient program delivery and compliance while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of U.S. health and welfare benefit programs and support Canadian benefits administration
• Act as the subject matter expert for employee leaves of absence and coordinate with third-party administrators to manage leave cases
• Manage relationships with benefits vendors and conduct regular reviews to evaluate service levels and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-7+ years of experience in benefits and leave administration
• Expertise in U.S. health and welfare benefits programs and leave administration
• Hands-on experience administering benefits in Workday
• Strong understanding of benefits compliance requirements and applicable regulations
