Job Summary
To enhance employee experience and support business objectives, the full-time Lead Benefits Partner will design, implement, and manage competitive health, wellness, and retirement benefits programs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and management of health, wellness, retirement, and ancillary benefits programs aligned with business strategy
- Serve as project lead for complex, cross-functional benefits initiatives, including annual open enrollment
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to benefit plans based on market trends and employee feedback
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, design, or total rewards
- Experience leading complex benefits programs or projects with strategic and financial impact
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
