Lead BI Developer

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making across various business verticals, the remote Lead BI Developer will own the reporting infrastructure, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the adoption of standardized reporting practices.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to audit existing reporting and develop a roadmap for standardization
• Bridge business context and data understanding to improve dashboard standardization and execute ad hoc requests
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trust with business teams through education and best practices

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and ability to work with unstructured complex data
• Advanced proficiency in LookML development or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their impact on business decisions
• Demonstrated ability to partner closely with business teams to uncover insights and drive action
