Lead BI Developer

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Lead BI Developer will manage reporting infrastructure across various verticals, collaborating closely with business teams to uncover insights and optimize performance marketing in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and standardize reporting processes while actively engaging with stakeholders to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct retrospective analyses and deliver insights on performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and business trends
• Develop and maintain complex data models, ensuring alignment with business objectives and downstream impacts

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent experience in Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their impact on business outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
