Lead BI Developer

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Lead BI Developer will manage the reporting infrastructure for various financial verticals, collaborating closely with business teams to uncover insights and optimize performance metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and standardize existing reporting processes while developing a roadmap for improvements
• Bridge business context with data insights to articulate key performance levers and enhance dashboard accuracy
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with stakeholders to facilitate self-service analytics

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their business implications
• Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders and drive reporting ownership
