Lead BI Developer

Job Summary

To drive impactful decision-making, the full-time remote Lead BI Developer will own the reporting infrastructure across various verticals, partnering closely with business teams to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing reporting and develop a roadmap for standardization across assigned verticals
• Bridge business context and data understanding to improve dashboard standardization and execute ad hoc requests
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with stakeholders to enhance self-service analytics

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, specifically in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and ability to work with unstructured complex data
• Proficient in advanced LookML development or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of reporting ownership and data literacy
• Demonstrated curiosity and business depth to act as a trusted analytical partner
