Lead BI Developer

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Lead BI Developer will manage the reporting infrastructure across various business verticals, collaborating closely with teams to uncover trends and optimize performance marketing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and standardize existing reporting to identify discrepancies and improve efficiency
• Bridge business context and data understanding to articulate key performance levers and improve dashboard accuracy
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trust with business teams through education and best practices

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, with exposure to performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience working with unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent experience in Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their business implications
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and create adopted reporting solutions
