Lead BI Developer

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote Lead BI Developer will own the reporting infrastructure across various verticals, partnering closely with business teams to uncover insights and optimize performance marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to audit and standardize reporting across assigned verticals
• Bridge business context and data understanding to articulate key performance levers and improve dashboard accuracy
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with business teams as a go-to analytical partner

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in advanced LookML development or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to build and drive adoption of reporting tools that enhance data literacy
• Strong curiosity and business acumen to connect data insights to business outcomes
