Job Summary

Seeking a Lead BI Developer to manage the reporting infrastructure for various business verticals in a remote, full-time capacity, focusing on data extraction, reporting standardization, and performance marketing optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to audit and standardize reporting across assigned verticals
• Bridge business context and data understanding to articulate key performance levers and improve dashboard accuracy
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with business teams to enhance data-driven decision-making

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Advanced LookML development skills or equivalent proficiency in Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of reporting ownership and data literacy
• Demonstrated ability to connect data insights to business performance outcomes
