Job Summary

Seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure for various financial verticals in a remote, full-time capacity, focusing on data extraction, reporting standardization, and performance marketing optimization to drive business insights and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and standardize reporting across verticals, identifying discrepancies and developing a roadmap for improvement
• Collaborate with business teams to uncover trends and conduct retrospective analyses on performance metrics
• Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders and deliver proactive insights that drive actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their business implications
• Demonstrated ability to build reporting that drives adoption and enhances data literacy among teams
