Lead BI Developer

Job Summary

Owning the reporting infrastructure for key business verticals, the full-time Lead BI Developer will engage closely with stakeholders to standardize reporting, conduct analyses, and drive data literacy in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing reporting and develop a roadmap for standardization across business verticals
• Bridge business context and data understanding to articulate key performance levers and improve dashboard accuracy
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish strong working relationships with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of reporting ownership and data literacy
• Demonstrated ability to connect data insights to business outcomes
