Lead BI Developer

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote Lead BI Developer will own the reporting infrastructure across various verticals, collaborating closely with business teams to uncover trends and optimize performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing reporting and develop a roadmap for standardization across assigned verticals
• Bridge business context and data understanding, improving dashboard standardization while executing ad hoc requests
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with business teams to enhance self-service analytics

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their business implications
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and create adopted reporting solutions
