Lead BI Developer

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Lead BI Developer will own the reporting infrastructure across various verticals, collaborating closely with business teams to uncover trends and optimize performance marketing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing reporting to identify discrepancies and develop a standardized reporting roadmap
• Bridge business context with data understanding to enhance dashboard standardization and execute ad hoc requests
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with business teams to enable self-service analytics

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Advanced proficiency in LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their business implications
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and create adopted reporting solutions
