Lead BI Developer

Job Summary

Owning the reporting infrastructure, the full-time Lead BI Developer will extract insights from unstructured data, optimize performance marketing, and partner closely with business teams to drive data literacy and actionable insights in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and standardize reporting across various verticals while engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs
• Articulate business context and key performance levers to improve dashboard standardization and execute ad hoc requests
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with business teams to enhance self-service analytics

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their impact on business decisions
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business teams to uncover trends and provide actionable insights
