Lead BI Developer

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making across various business verticals, the remote Lead BI Developer will own the reporting infrastructure, optimize performance marketing insights, and ensure data literacy while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and standardize existing reporting to improve data consumption across assigned verticals
• Bridge business context and data understanding to articulate key performance levers and enhance dashboard accuracy
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with business teams for ongoing analytical support

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, with a focus on performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to own reporting from pipeline to dashboard and drive data literacy
• Strong curiosity and business acumen to become a trusted analytical partner
