Lead BI Developer

Job Summary

Owning the reporting infrastructure, the full-time Lead BI Developer will extract insights from unstructured data, enhance data literacy across teams, and optimize performance marketing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and standardize reporting across verticals to improve data consumption and accuracy
• Collaborate with business teams to uncover trends and conduct retrospective analyses on performance metrics
• Develop and maintain complex reporting models while ensuring they are actionable and understood by stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to build standardized reporting and drive data literacy within teams
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to business decisions
