Lead BI Developer

Job Summary

To support decision-making across various business verticals, the full-time Lead BI Developer will own the reporting infrastructure, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and drive data literacy and performance marketing optimization in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and standardize existing reporting to identify discrepancies and improve data consumption efficiency
• Articulate business context and key performance levers while executing ad hoc reporting requests accurately
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and build trust with stakeholders through education and best practices

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their impact on business decisions
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and build dashboards that drive adoption and usage
