Lead BI Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a Lead BI Developer to manage the reporting infrastructure for decision-making across various verticals, the full-time remote position will focus on extracting insights from complex data, standardizing reporting, and optimizing performance marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Own and standardize reporting across assigned verticals, ensuring data is actionable and understood by stakeholders
• Conduct retrospective analyses and uncover meaningful trends to inform business decisions and optimize campaign performance
• Collaborate closely with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to bridge business context with data understanding

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, with a focus on performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Proficient in LookML development or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to build and drive adoption of reporting tools and frameworks
• Strong business acumen and curiosity, with a track record of partnering with business teams to drive insights
