Lead BI Manager

Job Summary

Owning the reporting infrastructure, the full-time remote Lead BI Manager will manage data insights, optimize performance marketing, and partner with business teams to drive actionable analytics across multiple verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and standardize existing reporting to eliminate discrepancies and improve data quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business context and enhance dashboard functionality
• Deliver proactive analyses and insights to support decision-making and optimize campaign performance

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their impact on business outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with business stakeholders
