Lead BI Manager

Job Summary

Owning the reporting infrastructure for key business verticals, the full-time Lead BI Manager will extract insights from complex data, drive reporting standardization, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing reporting to identify discrepancies and develop a roadmap for standardization
• Bridge business context and data understanding to improve dashboard accuracy and relevance
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and build trusted relationships with business teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and ability to work with unstructured complex data
• Proficiency in advanced LookML development or equivalent tools like Power BI/Tableau
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their business implications
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and create actionable reporting solutions
