Lead BI Manager

Job Summary

Owning the reporting infrastructure, the full-time Lead BI Manager will manage data insights and analytics across various verticals while collaborating closely with business teams to drive performance and standardize reporting in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing reporting and develop a roadmap for standardization across assigned verticals
• Bridge business context and data understanding to improve dashboard accuracy and execution of ad hoc requests
• Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with business teams for confident self-service analytics

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing
• Expertise in SQL and ability to extract insights from unstructured data
• Advanced proficiency in LookML development or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau
• Demonstrated experience in reporting ownership and driving data literacy within teams
• Strong curiosity and business acumen to become a trusted analytical partner
