Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing deliverables, metrics, and KPIs
• Process high volume billing according to GAAP principles and manage enterprise billing processes
• Support customer inquiries regarding billing issues and account changes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a technical or software-based billing support position
• Experience with ERPs, preferably Netsuite
• Strong computational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with high volume SaaS billings is a plus
