Lead Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Network Support & Billing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly billing of fees to business partners across billing product lines
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects within systems and processes
• Manage billing communications and inquiries as the subject matter expert

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Continuous Improvement, Accounting, Project Management, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Billing, Financial Services, Business, Continuous Improvement, or a related field
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of relevant experience is acceptable
• Ability to operate office equipment such as computers and telephones
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
