Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to provide high-level solutions to internal business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement interoperability strategies aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing interoperability projects to drive operational efficiency and compliance
• Ensure all interoperability initiatives comply with healthcare regulations and maintain comprehensive documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business engineering, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience; or an associate degree with 9+ years; or high school equivalency with 12+ years
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with Epic software and health IT systems
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Technical architecture skills and strong analytical skills
