Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and document workflow, systems requirements, and system design
Create and maintain standard reports and databases to support operational needs
Participate in projects and initiatives to improve processes and system capabilities

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of related experience in managed care, healthcare, or insurance industries
Knowledge of system process analysis and program management
Minimum of 4 years of systems analysis experience in a technical environment
Experience working in Medicare Operations (for positions supporting Medicare)
Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and work experience
