Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Become a trusted partner collaborating with various teams to optimize cross-functional processes
Own and drive high impact initiatives from conception to execution
Implement and maintain KPIs to track the effectiveness of new solutions

Required Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in SaaS business operations
Certification in Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and/or Salesforce Billing preferred
Deep knowledge of Lead to Order/Renewal processes in an ACV/ARR environment
Experience in implementing CRM/SFDC best practices
Experience in researching, developing, and deploying sales tools and automation solutions
