Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into analytical tools and metrics for strategic and operational questions
• Scope, design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for self-service access to key metrics
• Synthesize data-driven insights into clear narratives and recommendations for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in BI or data analytics at a high-growth startup or tech company
• Expert-level SQL skills and familiarity with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Looker, Hex, and Retool
• Experience solving data problems in a healthcare-related field is a strong bonus
• Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment and managing multiple projects
