Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst (Member Experience).

Key Responsibilities

Lead annual CMS STAR rating disenrollment compliant audits and interpret changes to disenrollment logics
Support business initiatives through trend analysis and recommend process improvements for membership retention
Develop advanced insights and dashboards for business leadership using various data tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
8+ years of statistical or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
Experience with CMS Plan Finder member audits and project management
Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with knowledge of SQL and SAS queries
Ability to modify Tableau and Power BI dashboards
