Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Product Management to define product vision and strategy
• Lead teams to validate requirements and ensure alignment with user needs
• Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Health Informatics, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in healthcare operations or digital health
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
• Prior authorization experience preferred
• Familiarity with systems/tools such as MS Office Suite, Azure DevOps, and Jira
