A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of high-quality business and functional requirements for provider systems and workflows
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders including clinical, operational, and technical teams
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and design documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in business or systems analysis within IT, with at least 3 years in healthcare or healthcare-related settings
• Exceptional skills in requirements elicitation, facilitation, and documentation
• Proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
