Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst - Health Insurance, Claims (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Identify business problems with clients and develop analytical solutions
• Gather and document complex business requirements and create test case scenarios for business applications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with leadership experience
• A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field
• Previous experience in the health insurance industry and claims processes
• Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is essential
• Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an advantage
