Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to contribute to software development projects in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements by meeting with stakeholders and documenting functional and non-functional needs
• Evaluate business processes to recommend improvements and align software functionality with business needs
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are met and assist in testing and quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Software Application Development
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, process mapping, and documentation
• Experience with business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio
• Healthcare and/or pharmacy knowledge is required
