Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to provide strategic leadership in managing requirements and guiding project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective processes for managing requirements and providing production support
• Analyze existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency
• Serve as a liaison between business operations and system teams, ensuring effective communication and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Experience in analyzing provider policy and business process changes
• At least 3+ years of Medicaid provider or enrollment experience
• BABOK certification preferred
• Ability to write complex SQL queries preferred
