Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the gathering and documentation of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Develop documentation for new platform features and updates while ensuring quality assurance and user acceptance testing
• Facilitate vendor evaluations and third-party tool integrations to enhance technology solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or similar
• Preferred IIBA Certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP) or similar
• 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on business analysis
• Experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, and Lucidchart preferred
• Experience leading and managing projects is preferred
