Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for complex software and systems
• Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure successful development sessions and design reviews
• Monitor project status, identify risks, and coordinate projects from concept through implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of progressive experience in business analysis or related fields
• Preferred Master's Degree (MBA) and experience in leading high-quality deliverables
• Expert understanding of business analysis core competencies
• Prior coaching and mentoring experience in business analysis
