Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead I - Business Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve quote creation workflows across SFDC, Oracle CPQ, and SAP
• Gather and document business/functional requirements
• Map end-to-end integrations, pricing workflows, approvals, and automation processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong Oracle CPQ, SAP, and SFDC integration experience
• Experience with Quote-to-Cash (QTC), workflow optimization, and process mapping
• Expertise in requirements gathering and workflow analysis
• Stakeholder management experience
